22 of top 24 finishers wore replaceable cleats in rain-delayed FedEx Playoff Event
BRENTWOOD, Tenn., September 11, 2018 – The clear winner of the FedEx Playoffs is replaceable cleat footwear as victors in all three events have chosen shoes with cleats over spikeless/tennis shoes. At the BMW Championships, 22 of the top 24 finishers were competing in replaceable cleats.
“When you have rain-soaked conditions like we saw at Aronimink Golf Club this past weekend, the importance of cleats to help reduce slipping is critical,” said John Hohman, senior vice president marketing for PrideSports. “That’s why so many in the field – and nearly all of the top finishers – were wearing our products. Once again, our Softspikes Cyclone cleats were part of the winning team.”
